about

"Torn asunder by clouds of thunder. The musket lays claim to the land. This is our legacy."
This song tells an epic story of a fictional battle that takes place in early America. When Europeans first started settling here in America, there were bloody battles between the Native Americans and the new explorers quite often. A lot of the early explorers came here to lay claim to land and forced Native Americans out. Some early settlers even had the gall to try to convert the natives to Christianity. It was a brutal time with both sides not being too fond of each other. I wanted this song to reflect the harsh brutality that America was built on.
